To proof read and update the Occupational Health Physician speech recognition dictations and create accurate documents for signature.
To ensure high quality documents are provided to clinical staff and onward to the client that is in line with internal and client SLAs.
Provide an administration service to the Clinical team using the digital transcription facility, BigHand software, following agreed procedures and protocols.
Draft and prepare clinical communications ready for final approval.
Ensure all client communication is delivered within SLA and is of a high quality in line with client and HML expectations.
Documents to be prepared will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Letters to GPs and specialists
Letters to network doctors
Advice letters to and general correspondence with HML clients
Ensure all work is turned around as quickly as possible–within 24 hours wherever possible.
Ensure photographs of the relevant consent form and clinical notes, are received into BigHand and distributed to the relevant clinical administration team.
Good attention to detail

Able to work to deadlines
PC literate in the following packages:
Able to use the internet proficiently
Experience of working in a clinical setting is desirable
Training will be given on in-house systems (HML Online and BigHand)
