As part of the UK Engagement and Policy team, the People Engagement Manager supports the Head of Engagement and Policy by working with the MAXIMUS UK country leadership team and stakeholders across each MAXIMUS UK business to design the corporate people engagement strategy.
MAXIMUS UK has experienced significant growth and change in past 18 months and this role will be responsible for improving the experience of nearly 4000 employees in 5 businesses across the UK, in a wide variety of specialisms.
This individual will be an internal change leader, dedicated to creating an engaging experience throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle.
The role is an integral part of our overall HR strategy and is key to reducing employee absence and improving retention, as well as optimising operational performance and customer satisfaction.
