    Job Summary

    To strategically evaluate content requirements for core platform and a range of additional product markets – both in the UK and internationally.

    Essential Job Duties

    Liaising with clinical experts as required to ensure that content is endorsed and appropriate for each market – in keeping with strategic objectives and local standards

    Working with and supervising partners to ensure the appropriate delivery of evidence based, credible content.

    Liaising with appointed translations agency to ensure relevant content is appropriately and culturally translated for all multi-lingual product requirements.

    Managing a budget for procurement and translation of content as required.

    Working closely with technical team to ensure that content is available in relevant and most appropriate multi-media format for each product roadmap.

    Liaising with in-house development agency to understand project schedules and ensure prioritisation of content planning takes account of company objectives and client requirements.

    Managing and administering the content upload process across each product area – via the proprietary in-system CMS platform.

    Education and Experience Requirements

    Commercial Awareness:  Understands commercial impact of managing content for client and company; escalates where appropriate.


    Creative:  Demonstrates a creative and innovative approach to content design


    Communication Skills:  Interacts effectively with the external and internal stakeholders at an appropriate level. 


    Influencing Skills:  Able to understand motivators and priorities of internal and external stakeholders and to use this to effectively influence for a successful outcome for client and company


    Organisation Skills:  Able to plan and prioritise effectively in order to meet client and process deadlines


    Articulate:  Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English


    Budgets: Experience of managing and setting budgets


    Experience of working in a multi-media environment and shows awareness of appropriate multi-media solutions
