    Job Summary

    • To build, maintain and support HML IT systems in a commercially effective manner

    Essential Job Duties

    • Providing desktop/telephone support via the Support Desk for all Health management offices and staff.
    • Provide a professional first point of contact for all IT issues and manage incoming telephone and ticket requests
    • Building and configuration and deployment  of  laptops, IGELs and other devices
    • Active Directory support Including User management (creation, deletion, permissions, groups, resets etc.)
    • Maintaining and troubleshooting telephone system (Samsung Office serv)
    • Maintaining printers, scanners and other peripherals
    • Deployment and Management of IPhones, Nokia & Vodafone Devices
    • Citrix & RSA Token Administration
    • Provide support on in-house bespoke applications.
    • Lifecycle management of issues and user feedback / updates
    • Escalate complex issues promptly
    • Maintaining asset registers, inventories and warranties
    • Maintain excellent levels of customer service
    • Maintaining IT security across the company in accordance with our policies
    • Providing necessary training on applications
    • Maintain and test our disaster recovery facilities in liaison with Infrastructure team
    • In house bespoke applications
    • INVU DMS
    • Any other HML technology systems

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
    • Good time management skills
    • Ability to effectively prioritise incoming workload
    • Ability to communicate in plain English to all levels of staff both verbally and in written format
    • CompTIA A+ or Network+ or equivalent qualification
    • MCP or equivalent qualification would be highly desirable
    • Relevant experience with a proven track record in a similar role
