To manage a portfolio of Revitalised clients and becoming the single point of contact for the client’s assigned.
Health, Health Coaching and/or Social Media Engagement Experience: The WellbeingZone is a health and wellness social media and portal used to enhance users’ ability to change their own behaviour and lifestyle to improve health and general wellbeing. We are seeking someone who can leverage experience (preferred - 2 to 4 years) to increasing the engagement of populations and the efficacy of the WBZ program(s).
Commercial Awareness: Understands commercial impact of managing account issues and challenges and escalates where appropriate.
Sales Focus: Identifies and actions relevant and viable opportunities for account growth.
Communication Skills: Interacts effectively with the client at an appropriate level. Communicates effectively (oral and written) and in a timely manner with stakeholders.
Organisation Skills: Able to plan and prioritise effectively in order to meet client and HML process deadlines.
Learning Skills: Able to learn new concepts and processes in some situations with limited guidance (self-learner) and is capable of asking questions in order to continue growth and learning.
