    Job Summary

    To manage  a portfolio of Revitalised clients and becoming the single point of contact for the client’s assigned.

    Essential Job Duties

    • Generating reports and liaising with clients; scheduling review meetings.
    • Managing distribution of standard client communications (e.g. marketing emails)
    • Updating clients re product updates and responding to queries
    • Identifying and managing any client issues and challenges, escalating to the Revitalised sales/production/development team as appropriate.
    • Managing client renewal process.
    • Reviewing 'Wellbeing Zone' operational procedures and documenting all associated site admin processes.
    • Support Sales team as required, escalating sales opportunities as identified.
    • Liaising with in-house development agency to understand project schedules, and help prioritisation taking account of company objectives and client requirements.
    • Assisting in the elicitation of requirements for new client and managing the implementation of new clients.
    • Communicating new functions which might arise for assigned clients to the large Revitalised team for possible inclusion in other contracts
    • Comply with all process, documentation and record keeping requirements.
    • Collaborating with other areas of the MAXIMUS business like Health Management Limited and Remploy.

    Education and Experience Requirements

    Health, Health Coaching and/or Social Media Engagement Experience: The WellbeingZone is a health and wellness social media and portal used to enhance users’ ability to change their own behaviour and lifestyle to improve health and general wellbeing. We are seeking someone who can leverage experience (preferred - 2 to 4 years) to increasing the engagement of populations and the efficacy of the WBZ program(s).

    Commercial Awareness:  Understands commercial impact of managing account issues and challenges and escalates where appropriate.

    Sales Focus: Identifies and actions relevant and viable opportunities for account growth.

    Communication Skills:  Interacts effectively with the client at an appropriate level.  Communicates effectively (oral and written) and in a timely manner with stakeholders.

    Organisation Skills:  Able to plan and prioritise effectively in order to meet client and HML process deadlines.

    Learning Skills: Able to learn new concepts and processes in some situations with limited guidance (self-learner) and is capable of asking questions in order to continue growth and learning.
