We also deliver Fit for Work on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions. Fit for Work offers free, expert and impartial work-related health advice. It is designed to support people in work with health conditions and help with sickness absence. At the heart of Fit for Work are our Case Managers and Team Leaders who will provide support and advice to identify obstacles preventing employees from returning to work and produce a return to work plan tailored to the employee’s needs. We’re looking for occupational health professionals, RGNs, mental health nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists to join the Service.
